APAC-Atlantic, Asheville Division, is hiring an Asphalt Plant Laborer/Loader Operator to keep the plant running smoothly and safely. You will assist with loading, material handling, and general plant duties, often working long shifts to meet production targets.

This role requires physical stamina, the ability to operate loaders and tools, and adherence to safety policies. Overtime, nights, and weekends may be required as part of a demanding construction environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience operating equipment is desirable.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in keeping the asphalt plant running efficiently.
• Load materials and operate the loader.
• Follow safety policies and procedures.
• Support foreman with daily tasks and plant maintenance.
