Qualifications

• Must be willing to work day or night shift, including weekends.
• Strong initiative and ability to assist with other responsibilities as needed.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate and maintain asphalt plant and construction equipment.
• Perform inspections to identify and correct unsafe conditions.
• Supervise employees at the plant and train them as needed.
• Monitor inventory levels and order materials as required.
• Communicate with quality control personnel about material blends.
