Responsibilities

• Safely operate and maintain asphalt plant and construction equipment.
• Perform inspections for equipment to correct unsafe conditions.
• Conduct preventative maintenance for equipment.
• Communicate with quality control personnel and adjust material blends.
• Monitor inventory levels and order materials as needed.
• Supervise employees and may train them.
• Troubleshoot production problems.
