Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in an asphalt production environment.
• 5+ years in a leadership role, directing tasks and/or production.
• Ability to hold and maintain proper licensure and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including overtime, possible nights and some Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee plant operations, quality assurance, and compliance with regulations.
• Manage staff hiring, training, and development.
• Coordinate logistics and budgeting.
• Troubleshoot downtime and manage preventive maintenance procedures.
• Ensure compliance with MSHA, OSHA, EPA, and other regulations.

Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Ability to work independently and under time constraints
