Job summary

CRH APAC Mississippi, Inc. seeks a maintenance associate to inspect, adjust, lubricate, and repair plant equipment. You will work with teams, perform electrical and plumbing-related tasks, and operate heavy equipment as required. A strong safety mindset and reliability are essential as you help keep production on track.

Minimum high school diploma or GED with preferred prior maintenance experience. Must pass background checks and be willing to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Prior maintenance experience is preferred.
• Proven ability to work in a team and lead when needed.
• Strong interpersonal communication and feedback skills.
• Basic arithmetic calculations and comfort with email/spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Inspect used parts to determine changes in dimensional requirements.
• Adjust functional parts of devices and control instruments.
• Lubricate and clean parts and repair or replace defective parts.
• Repair electrical equipment and work with plumbing in plant operations.
• Operate heavy equipment as needed and comply with safety rules.
