APAC Mississippi, Inc., a CRH company, is hiring a Production Worker to support plant operations by inspecting parts, adjusting devices, lubricating components, and collaborating with colleagues. The role requires a high school diploma or GED and prior maintenance experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to develop relationships and to work with teams as both a leader and a participant.
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills; building rapport, listening, presenting, giving, and receiving feedback.
• Must be able to perform simple mathematic calculations.
• Must have or acquire basic computer skills and be able to work with e-mail and simple spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Inspects used parts to determine changes in dimensional requirements.
• Adjusts functional parts of devices and control instruments.
• Lubricates and cleans parts.
• Works with plumbing and other functions of the plants.
• Skilled in welding and steel fitting
• Operates heavy equipment as needed
