• Ability to work day and night shifts; shifts may vary by project demands.
• Must work in all weather conditions and be willing to travel if required.

Responsibilities

• Operate mixing operations on the plant to ensure material quality and specification.
• Promote safety compliance and environmental requirements in line with company standards.
• Ensure consistent production to meet daily orders.
• Offload hot asphalt oil and assist in asphalt orders as needed.
• Maintain daily checklist, journal, and reports and communicate with plant staff and dispatch.
• Maintain aggregate stockpiles and liquid levels; uphold attendance and safety standards.
