Starting pay is $21.00/hour and the role involves safely operating and maintaining plant equipment while coordinating with area plant management. Responsabilités

• Safely operate and maintain the asphalt plant and related equipment.
• Determine quantities of materials needed for asphalt production.
• Adjust controls to regulate material flow and maintain system speeds.
• Ensure plant operates at proper temperatures; perform daily walk-around inspections.
• Monitor inventory, production levels, and site traffic for safety and efficiency.
• Troubleshoot production issues and discuss solutions with team and supervisors.
• Complete plant reports and documentation in the computer system.
