You will perform routine maintenance, grease components, monitor oil levels, and operate the plant and loader safely in all weather. This role requires physical stamina, ability to work outdoors, and basic maintenance skills.

Welding/cutting torch skills are a plus. High school diploma preferred but not required. Join a team that values safety and reliability.

Qualifications

• Experience with routine maintenance of asphalt plant equipment.
• Basic welding and cutting torch skills are a plus.
• Comfort performing daily plant and yard cleanliness tasks.
• Familiarity with lubrication and checking oil levels.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular maintenance and service on the asphalt plant.
• Grease and lubricate plant components.
• Monitor oil levels in equipment.
• Operate the asphalt plant and loader safely.
• Perform ground maintenance and yard housekeeping.
• Assist with miscellaneous tasks and repairs as needed.
