CRH is seeking an Asphalt Raker in Texas for hands-on work at construction sites. You will rake and level asphalt joints, assist the paving crew, and help maintain tools and safety practices on site.

The role requires basic math, good communication, and willingness to travel and work nights or weekends when needed. Prior construction experience is a plus; OSHA/MSHA safety adherence is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in construction or paving helpful.
• Able to read simple measurements and perform basic math.
• Knowledge of safety policies and PPE usage encouraged.

Responsabilités

• Use lute rake to straighten joints and assist on areas unreachable by machines.
• Perform daily maintenance and proper storage of tools.
• Assist paving crew with shoveling, raking, and material handling.
• Follow Foreman directions and safety procedures at all times.
• Assist with traffic control devices and site housekeeping.
