Job summary

Western Rock Products, a CRH Company, is hiring Asphalt Laborers in Utah. You will safely perform a variety of construction duties to assist highway and utility crews, with hands-on tasks and minimal supervision. Willingness to travel between sites within the region is required.

The job emphasizes safety, teamwork, and adherence to OSHA procedures. Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED (preferred) and a valid driver's license, plus prior construction experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Previous related experience in the construction field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Distribute asphalt material by raking and shoveling.
• Match and finish joints evenly.
• Level surfaces and spread asphalt to grade.
• Move tools, equipment, and materials around the site.
• Follow safety rules; assist with equipment maintenance and cleaning.
• Travel to multiple construction sites within the region.
