Job summary

Western Rock Products, a CRH Company, seeks an Asphalt Plant Operator to run equipment and support plant operations. You will manage inbound materials, coordinate with foreperson, QC and plant manager, and perform basic maintenance.

The role requires 1–3 years of related experience, high school diploma or GED, and ability to work varying shifts, travel as needed, and comply with safety standards. Join a team focused on quality and safety.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• 1-3 years related experience and/or training.
• Ability to read, write and perform basic math for time and material records.
• Must pass pre-employment physical, drug screen and background checks.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends and travel if required.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently.
• Follow OSHA/MSHA safety regulations and company policies.
• Perform routine maintenance and minor servicing of equipment.
• Inspect plant and equipment daily and document findings.
• Assist in training less-experienced workers and maintain housekeepng.
