Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent years of experience.
• Ability to follow directions and perform tasks accurately.
• Physically able to stand, lift 50–100 lbs, and work outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Assist screed operator and paver; rake and lute joints and small areas.
• Fill holes and repair pavement imperfections as needed.
• Set up and dismantle traffic control devices; communicate with crew.
• Clean tools and assist in equipment maintenance at shift end.
