Job summary

Lehman-Roberts Company in Memphis, TN, part of Granite Construction, is seeking a skilled Asphalt Grading/Paving Laborer. You will support paving crews, perform rake/lute work, assist the screed operator, and help with traffic control on busy sites across the Memphis area.

This role requires endurance for outdoor work, the ability to lift heavy materials, and a team-focused approach to meet daily project goals. High school diploma or GED is preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow directions and perform tasks accurately.
• Physically able to stand, lift 50–100 lbs, and work outdoors.

The employee will generally work in utility capacity by transferring from one task to another where demands are required.
