Job summary

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation and punctual attendance are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist with site prep, grading and cleaning before paving.
• Shovel, rake and smooth asphalt materials during paving operations.
• Operate basic construction tools and assist with equipment setup and cleanup.
• Direct traffic and set up safety zones around job sites as needed.
• Work alongside equipment operators to ensure smooth material flow.
• Maintain cleanliness and packing equipment away at end of day.
