Bennett Paving is seeking a dependable Paving Crew Laborer to support asphalt paving and sitework. You’ll help with prep, operate basic tools, and assist the crew to ensure quality pavement installation in outdoor, physically demanding conditions.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform physically demanding tasks outdoors in varying conditions.
• Ability to lift 50–75 lbs and handle lengthy shifts.
• Willingness to learn and take direction in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with site prep, grading, and cleaning before paving.
• Shovel, rake, and smooth asphalt materials during paving operations.
• Operate basic construction tools and assist with equipment setup/cleaning.
• Direct traffic and set up safety zones around job sites as needed.
• Work with equipment operators to ensure smooth material flow.
• Maintain a safe, organized work environment and clean tools at day end.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
