The ideal candidate will hold a valid Class A CDL, have a clean driving record, and experience operating commercial vehicles in construction settings. You will work with our crew to meet delivery schedules, perform pre-trip inspections, secure loads, and maintain accurate logs.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL with no restrictions.
• Clean driving record and DOT medical card.
• 2+ years of commercial driving experience preferred.
• Experience hauling construction materials or equipment is a plus.
• Familiar with load securement and tie-down procedures.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and assist with loading/unloading.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Ability to work long hours, including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate commercial vehicles to transport materials and equipment.
• Load and unload trucks using proper methods to prevent damage.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections for safety and DOT compliance.
• Maintain delivery logs, mileage reports, and trip documentation.
• Follow delivery schedules and dispatch instructions.
• Secure loads with chains, binders, tarps, or straps.
• Report any issues or delays promptly.
• Assist crews with site tasks after deliveries.
• Keep vehicle clean and organized.
