Job summary

Allan Myers is seeking skilled equipment operators to run asphalt pavers, rollers, milling machines, and related equipment. You will safely operate and perform routine maintenance while coordinating with the field manager to meet daily goals.

Expect multi-site work with potential overnight stays during peak milling and paving seasons. The role requires strong safety awareness, good coordination, and the ability to work extended hours and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• GED or high school diploma is a plus.
• 2 yrs of equipment operating experience is a necessity.
• Related work experience is a necessity.
• Valid Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Operate construction equipment (asphalt pavers/rollers, milling machines, back hoes, skid steers) safely and perform non-mechanical maintenance.
• Discuss plans with field manager and determine safe, productive methods to complete tasks on time.
• Perform physical duties and routine maintenance (cleaning, greasing, fluid checks).
• Maintain safe operation to protect all workers and communicate clearly with crew.
• Work overnight or weekend shifts as milling and paving seasons require.
