CNC Machine Operator - Robesonia, PA Plant

Mission

• Read blueprints, mechanical drawings, and specifications to understand task requirements and desired outcomes.
• Translate instructions into computer commands for machine operation.
• Prepare and load raw materials and parts onto CNC machines.
• Conduct test runs to ensure outputs meet specifications.
• Operate CNC machines for tasks such as drilling, grinding, and milling.
• Continuously learn new skills and techniques.
• Maintain cleanliness in the work area.
• Promote and prioritize safety at all times.

Required Skills

• Minimum of three years experience with CNC mills.
• Proficient in CNC milling techniques and practices.
• Knowledge of G-Coding programming is preferred.
• Ability to read complex blueprints and understand GD&T.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills, including working with decimals and fractions.
• Experience with basic measuring tools such as tape measures and calipers.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team.
