Job Purpose
$1.00 INCREASE AFTER 90 DAYS (AT CONVERSION AND BENEFITS START ON DAY ONE!)

Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive pay up to $22.50/hour within one year, depending on position and shift differentials.
- $1.50 shift differential for 2nd shift and $2.00 for 4th shift.
- Quarterly bonuses of $200-$500.

Job Responsibilities
Operate wingbender in the frog shop to machine steel rail according to specifications. Set up, operate, and maintain machinery, ensuring high-quality products and efficient production.

• Operate assigned machinery, monitor efficiency, perform basic maintenance, and conduct quality checks.
• Read blueprints and job orders, troubleshoot issues, and perform routine maintenance.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work area.

Additional Duties
Operate multiple machines, train others, and be forklift certified.

Preferred Skills
Relevant work experience, proficiency in reading tape measures and blueprints, mechanical aptitude.

Education
High school diploma or equivalent.

Physical and Safety Requirements
Ability to lift up to 35 lbs, stand for long periods, and follow safety procedures.

Qualifications
Prior machine or grinder experience preferred; ability to multitask and focus on quality and safety.
