Job summary

The Middlesex Corporation, a national leader in heavy civil construction, is seeking a Loader Operator in Orlando, FL to support asphalt plant production. You will safely operate a front-end loader, manage stockpiles, and keep the plant yard organized while following all safety policies.

Qualifications include a HS diploma or GED, 1–2 years of loader experience in heavy/civil construction, OSHA 10, and a valid driver license. This is a full-time role with competitive benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Operate front-end loader safely to support asphalt plant production.

• Follow all safety policies and report incidents as required.
• Provide daily equipment reports and coordinate with the Project Superintendent.
