Qualifications

• Experience operating loaders, skid steers, forklifts, or similar equipment.
• Basic mechanical knowledge and ability to perform routine maintenance.
• Ability to read equipment manuals and safety procedures.
• Flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and overtime as production schedules require.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate heavy equipment to support daily asphalt plant operations.
• Assist with plant startup, shutdown, and production activities.
• Manage aggregate stockpiles and load materials into plant systems.
• Perform daily inspections and report deficiencies.
• Support preventive maintenance and minor repairs on plant equipment.
• Monitor inventory and communicate plant needs to supervisors.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment and collaborate with team to meet production goals.
