Job summary

The Shelly Company, a CRH company, is seeking an Asphalt Loader Operator/Laborer to assist the Plant Operator with daily production duties and operate heavy equipment. You may be required to travel and work nights and weekends according to production needs.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and 1–3 months related experience or training. Strong safety awareness and teamwork are essential for success in this role at our Ohio facilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (or equivalent) required.
• 1–3 months related experience or training acceptable.
• Ability to read safety rules and operate equipment according to instructions.

Responsibilities

• Operate Loader and other heavy equipment as needed.
• Load stock piles and deliver to customers safely and efficiently.
• Assist in equipment maintenance and breakdowns.
• Maintain clean work area around the plant.
• Follow safety procedures and directions from supervisors.
