Job summary

ABC PARKING LOT SERVICES LLC is seeking an experienced Asphalt & Concrete Sales Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will estimate costs, prepare proposals, and bid competitively on asphalt and concrete projects while supporting the sales team.

You will review plans, read specifications, visit sites, communicate with clients and vendors, and develop strong customer relationships. Proficiency with estimating software and MS Office, plus the ability to read blueprints, are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in asphalt and concrete estimating.
• Ability to read blueprints and construction documents.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
