ABC PARKING LOT SERVICES LLC seeks an Experienced Asphalt & Concrete Sales Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in estimating, sales, and project bidding for asphalt and concrete work.

Responsibilities include preparing accurate cost estimates, reviewing plans, developing proposals, and communicating with clients and subcontractors. Experience reading blueprints and using estimating software is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in asphalt and concrete estimating.
• Strong knowledge of materials, labor, and equipment costs.
• Ability to read blueprints and construction documents.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
