Qualifications

• Experience operating asphalt equipment (asphalt paver, screed, rollers, broom skid steer, backhoe).

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment in compliance with safety policies.
• Load/unload equipment from vehicles and trailers.
• Observe material distribution and adjust machine settings.
• Assist in placement and movement of traffic control devices.
• Set up and tear down equipment; perform maintenance checks.
• Shovel, rake and spread asphalt; handle materials as required.
• Ensure safety and quality standards; report issues promptly.
