Elcor Construction, Inc. is seeking an experienced Equipment Operator - Asphalt to join our Rochester, MN team. You will operate asphalt paving equipment, assist the crew, and help ensure quality mat and grade on projects.

The role requires at least 2 years of asphalt paving experience, strong safety awareness, and the ability to meet deadlines. We value reliability, teamwork, and a willingness to work early and stay late when needed.

Responsabilidades

• Hit grade and maintain mat quality with foreman/crew.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance.
• Follow all safety procedures and jobsite protocols.
• Support the crew and work as a team.
• Note: compensation ranges from $30–$45 per hour based on experience.
• Demonstrate strong work ethic and reliability.
