Job summary

APAC Central is seeking motivated Asphalt Crew Members to join a safety-focused team. You will work outdoors on road construction projects, supporting shoveling, raking, and material handling while using basic power tools and signaling operators.

Travel may be required, including nights and weekends. A pre-employment physical, drug screen, and I-9 documentation are required; CDL is preferred. Competitive pay and benefits accompany growth opportunities within CRH family.

Qualifications

• Must pass pre-employment Fit for Work physical and drug screen.
• Must provide valid I-9 documentation.
• CDL preferred but not required.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to safety protocols and use PPE as required.
• Collaborate with team and supervisors to complete daily tasks.
• Assist with shoveling, raking, and wheelbarrow work.
• Operate small power tools like jackhammers when needed.
• Handle materials and assist with site preparation and cleanup.
• Report issues to supervisor to keep projects on track.
• Willingness to take on additional duties as assigned.
