Job summary

CRH APAC Central Inc., a CRH Company, seeks Asphalt Crew Members for outdoor, safety-focused highway construction work across Oklahoma. You'll join a hardworking team, perform material handling, and help build safe roads.

This role requires physical stamina, willingness to travel, night shifts and weekends, and strict adherence to PPE and safety protocols. Prior paving experience is a plus; CDL preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred; not required.
• Willing to travel for work, nights, weekends, and outdoor conditions.
• Experience in construction or paving is a plus; eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Champion safety by following protocols and wearing PPE.
• Assist with shoveling, raking, and wheelbarrow operations.
• Signal operators and move materials safely.
• Operate small power tools and traffic control devices.
• Lift, carry, and position construction materials.
• Prepare and maintain job sites.
• Report issues to management; maintain team momentum.
• Take on additional duties as assigned.
