Job summary

APAC Central Inc., a CRH Company, is seeking Asphalt Crew Members in Oklahoma to join a safety-focused team dedicated to building and maintaining high-quality roads. The role involves outdoor, physically demanding work with opportunities for growth within a large diversified organization.

You will work collaboratively with crews, follow safety protocols, and operate tools and equipment on diverse projects, including shift-work and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is preferred but not required.
• Must be at least 18 years old for safety reasons.
• Pre-employment: Fit-for-Work physical, drug screening and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Champion safety by following all protocols and using proper PPE.
• Support the team in a fast-paced construction environment.
• Assist with shoveling, raking, and wheelbarrow tasks as directed.
• Operate small power tools (jackhammer) and traffic control devices.
• Handle and move construction materials safely and efficiently.
• Prepare and maintain job sites by digging, spreading materials, and leveling.
• Report any concerns to management to keep projects on track.
• Adapt to other duties as assigned.
