We are seeking experienced Batch Plant Operators in Farmersville, TX. Our company excels in construction projects and is looking for talented professionals eager to grow with us.

The primary responsibility of this role is to operate the plant efficiently to meet daily production goals while ensuring safety.

Responsibilities

• Load materials into trucks for delivery to various jobsites.
• Coordinate with dispatch and paving crews.
• Handle incoming material tickets.
• Report issues to the foreman or superintendent.
• Work flexible hours including days, nights, and weekends at different locations.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety at the plant.
• Operate controls to produce HMAC that meets specifications.
• Work at heights up to 70', in hot and cold weather, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Follow all safety procedures and conduct safety meetings.
• Supervise plant crew as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
