Position Overview

We are seeking experienced Batch Plant Operators in Farmersville, TX. Our company excels in construction and is looking for talented professionals eager to grow with us. The primary responsibility is to operate the plant efficiently to meet daily production goals while ensuring safety.

Responsibilities

• Load proper materials into trucks for delivery to specific jobs.
• Communicate with dispatch and paving crews.
• Receive and process incoming material tickets.
• Report issues to the foreman or superintendent.
• Work flexible hours including days, nights, and weekends at various locations.
• Maintain plant cleanliness and perform basic maintenance.
• Operate controls to produce HMAC meeting specifications.
• Work at heights up to 70', in hot and cold weather, climb ladders, lift up to 50 pounds.
• Follow all safety procedures and conduct safety meetings.
• Supervise plant crew as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
