Job summary

ManpowerGroup Global, Inc. is seeking an experienced AspenTech SCM Developer for an immediate opening in Richmond, VA. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on expertise with AspenTech Supply Chain Management solutions and a strong grasp of supply chain planning processes.

Key responsibilities include designing and supporting AspenTech SCM solutions, developing enhancements, and collaborating with teams to optimize supply chain workflows. A minimum of 3 years’ experience in Aspen SCM is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with Aspen Technology Supply Chain Management (SCM) solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Aspen SCM modules.
• Strong understanding of core supply chain concepts.

• Design, configure, and support AspenTech SCM solutions.
• Develop and enhance solutions across Aspen supply chain modules.
• Support deployment and maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with teams to optimize workflows.

The ideal candidate will bring hands-on expertise with AspenTech Supply Chain Management solutions and a strong understanding of supply chain planning processes in enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and support AspenTech SCM solutions within client environments
• Develop and enhance solutions across Aspen supply chain modules
• Support deployment, integration, and production maintenance activities
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to optimize supply chain planning workflows
• Troubleshoot system issues and ensure smooth platform performance

Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of experience working with Aspen Technology Supply Chain Management (SCM) solutions
• Hands-on experience with one or more of the following:
  • Aspen Supply Chain Planner (SP)
  • Aspen Collaborative Demand Management (CDM)
  • Aspen Plant Scheduler (PS)
  • Aspen Schedule Explorer (ASE)
• Strong understanding of core supply chain concepts:
  • Demand Management
