You will manage the wine list and cellar, train staff, and collaborate with the General Manager to drive operational excellence while upholding brand standards. Requires 2+ years sommelier experience and strong communication.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sommelier experience in a restaurant.
• Bachelor’s degree or hospitality certification.
• Strong wine knowledge and beverage pairing skills.
• Excellent communication and guest service orientation.
