Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sommelier experience in a restaurant.
• Bachelor’s degree or certification in a Hospitality related field or equivalent experience.
• TIPS certification preferred or required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver consistently excellent wine service and support the General Manager to run the program successfully.
• Maintain wine list accuracy, stock cellar, and train staff on beverages.
• Explain dishes and beverages, and foster guest relationships across all guest interactions.
