TK Health is actively seeking a Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team serving Pitkin County in Aspen, Colorado. Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in Colorado.
• CPR/BLS certification required or ability to obtain.
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate in an interdisciplinary healthcare team.
• Correctional nursing experience not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care to patients in a secure correctional setting.
• Assess patients and respond to healthcare needs.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Perform nursing assessments and document care.
• Respond to medical emergencies and changes in patient condition.
• Assist providers with examinations, procedures, and treatment plans.
• Educate patients and promote continuity of care.
• Manage chronic and acute conditions within nursing scope.
• Coordinate care with the healthcare team.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation.
• Follow established clinical, safety, and security procedures.
• Perform additional nursing duties as assigned.
