Job summary

Aspen Valley Health is hiring a PRN Registered Nurse for the ICU in the Inpatient Services unit in Aspen, CO. The role features a rotating shift and requires excellence in critical care nursing, with a focus on compassionate patient-centered care in a rural Critical Access Hospital.

The ideal candidate holds an ADN, Colorado RN license, and BLS/ACLS/PALS with NIHSS, plus 2 years of ICU experience. Preference given to BSN/MSN, CCRN, TNCC, and EPIC experience.

Qualifications

• ADN required and RN license in Colorado.
• Active BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS certifications.
• Minimum 2 years in critical care nursing.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care as part of the interdisciplinary team in the Patient Care Unit.
• Serve as primary nurse in rural Critical Access Hospital.
• Participate in AVH inpatient care and protocols.
