Qualifikationen

• 1-2 years of cooking experience preferred.
• 1-2 years working in a hotel restaurant preferred.
• Culinary degree a plus.
• Spanish language preferred.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

Aufgaben

• Maintain ownership of culinary offerings provided by Mollie Aspen.
• Execute culinary offerings with a high level of precision and care.
• Provide inspiration and creative influence on the culinary team in keeping with Mollie Aspen Core Values.
• Assist Culinary management in all special projects, kitchen operations, and menu development.
• Maintain patron satisfaction by executing, evaluating, and auditing food, beverage, and service offerings.
• Maintain SOPs and sanitation standards in line with health regulations.
• Communicate effectively with culinary, FOH management, and staff.
