MOLLIE Aspen is seeking a friendly, energetic Server to join our boutique dining team in Aspen, Colorado. You will provide guests with a great dining experience, take and deliver accurate orders, and support front-of-house operations with enthusiasm.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent, excellent guest service and problem-resolution skills, and familiarity with POS systems. Flexible scheduling, including mornings, evenings, and weekends, is required; dental/vision benefits

• Excellent guest service and problem-resolution abilities.
• Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems.
• Availability for flexible hours, including mornings/evenings/weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Provide guests with a great dining experience and ensure orders are placed accurately and on time.
• Run food and drinks, greet guests, clear tables, and assist with FOH tasks.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items and service standards as detailed in the Employee Manual.
• Follow allergy procedures and code documentation as required.
