MOLLIE Aspen is seeking a Part Time Prep Cook to join our culinary team in Aspen, CO. You will follow the chef's precise instructions, keep stations organized, and maintain high hygiene standards while preparing menu items.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years cooking experience preferred.
• Culinary degree a plus.
• Spanish language preferred.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain ownership of culinary offerings provided by MOLLIE Aspen.
• Execute culinary offerings with a high level of precision and care.
• Provide leadership to the kitchen team in the absence of the Executive Chef and Sous Chef.
• Assist kitchen management with special projects, kitchen operations, and menu development.
• Maintain sanitation standards and ensure health and safety compliance.
