Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and explain menu items.
• Record and confirm orders; input into POS system.
• Note dietary restrictions on tickets and communicate with culinary.
• Prepare beverages to order with accuracy.
• Serve guests with proper utensils and care.
• Assist with food orders from kitchen and station setup.
• Balance tills and process sales; run cashier and end-of-day reports.
• Prepare cashier end-of-shift reports and balance cash bank.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper setup across stations.
• Perform side duties: restocking condiments, utensils, and retail items.
