Qualifikationen

• Minimum of one year experience as a barista preferred.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Previous hospitality experience preferred.
• Superior professional appearance and manner, good character to work in a fast-paced team.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, according to department needs.
• Ability to obtain relevant state and local government certifications, such as food handlers certificate or alcohol training certifications, as applicable to the position.
• Indoor environment, sometimes humid or hot conditions.
• Ability to lift/carry 30 pounds.
• Flexible in performance of all duties.

Aufgaben

• Greet guests promptly and explain available items in detail.
• Record order details and repeat back to ensure accuracy.
• Input orders into POS system and inform kitchen/bar of specifics.
• Note dietary restrictions and allergies on the ticket and communicate with culinary team.
• Prepare beverage orders accurately.
• Serve guests with proper utensils and care.
• Assist with collecting and organizing food orders from the kitchen.
• Ensure daily order forms are completed for next day service and delivered to departments.
• Process cash, credit card, and other payments for all orders.
• Balance tip slips and run cashier, end-of-day, and revenue reports.
• Prepare cashier end-of-shift reports and balance the bank.
• Check station for setup and cleanliness before, during, and after shifts.
• Wipe and sanitize surfaces and equipment periodically.
• Perform side duties such as restocking condiments, utensils, and retail items.
• Put away requisitions from storeroom and assist with inventory.
• Familiarize with hotel layout and outlet hours.
