Job summary

Salamander Hospitality, LLC is seeking a Banquet Bartender for Aspen Meadows Resort to deliver high-quality beverage service at banquet events. This on-call role requires accurate cash handling, strict adherence to safety and responsible alcohol service guidelines, and excellent guest interactions.

Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma (or equivalent) and 2–3 years of bartending experience, with strong communication and multitasking abilities to thrive in a fast-paced event

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; 2-3 years bartending experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and service standards.
• Set up and break down banquet bars; stock inventory and supplies.
• Provide courteous, professional service and hospitality to guests.
• Verify guest age and comply with alcohol service laws.
• Accurately handle cash/credit transactions and cash bank procedures.
