Job summary

Greengate Corp operates The UPS Store #1982 in El Paso, TX, seeking a motivated Store Associate to assist customers with shipping, printing, and in-store services in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities include handling packages, operating POS, and maintaining a clean, well-stocked store, with Adobe Print Programs for printing needs. Bilingual candidates are strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous retail, customer service, or shipping experience preferred.
• Bilingual strongly preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer proficiency and comfort learning new software.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy store environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player.
• Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs as needed.

• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve inquiries in a professional manner.
• Support notary, mailbox, and freight shipping services as needed.
