Job summary

D7 Pneumatics LLC is seeking an experienced QA/QC Manager to support our fabrication shop and field operations based in Jonesboro, Arkansas. This part-time or as-needed role may develop into a full-time position with workload and company growth.

You will implement and maintain the Quality Control Program, support ASME and National Board Code work, and ensure compliance with project specifications and applicable codes across shop and field activities.

Qualifications

• Experience leading QA/QC in fabrication or pressure-related work
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Ability to read drawings, P&IDs and specifications
• Knowledge of welding inspection and quality-control methods
• Experience with nonconformance management and corrective actions

Responsibilities

• Administer and enforce the Quality Control Manual
• Oversee shop fabrication and field quality activities
• Review contracts and project requirements before work begins
• Verify applicable codes, standards and inspection procedures
• Coordinate with inspectors, clients and engineers
• Maintain welding procedure specifications and records
• Monitor welder qualifications and material traceability
• Assist audits and prepare turnover packages
