Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, Industrial Technology, or related field preferred.
  • 5+ years in heavy industrial construction, metal fabrication, or pressure vessel manufacturing with ASME project experience.
  • Strong knowledge of quality control, welding procedures, NDE methods, and blueprint specifications.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and cross-functional leadership skills.

Responsibilities

  • Code compliance with BPVC and regulatory frameworks across design, welding, inspection, and manufacturing.
  • Coordinate end-to-end project delivery from bidding through shop fabrication, testing, and client delivery.
  • Procure materials, equipment, and certified subcontractors for heavy fabrication.
  • Interpret complex engineering drawings and technical specifications for fabrication.
  • Maintain project schedules, manage resources, and track costs.
