Qualifications

High School diploma required.
Associates degree or completion of 60 semester hours preferred.
American Sign Language preferred.
Valid Driver's License required.
Ability to work with students with hearing impairments.
Good communication, teamwork and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Assist classroom teacher in carrying out the instructional program.
Instruct students individually or in small groups.
Supervise playground, field trips, and community-based instruction.
Monitor and maintain records of student progress toward IEPC goals.
Provide feedback to teachers regarding students and programming.
Deliver students to appropriate locations on time for programming or bus transportation.
