Qualifications

• Fluency in American Sign Language (ASL) and knowledge of Deaf culture required.
• Bachelor’s Degree with 7 years of related experience or Master’s Degree with 5 years of experience preferred.
• At least one year of supervisory experience required.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record necessary.

Responsibilities

• Develop and operate the supported living program.
• Manage and supervise staff for the Deaf, Hard of Hearing, and Late Deafened program.
• Work alongside the Director to ensure budgetary compliance.

Skills
