Qualifications

• ASL proficiency is required to communicate with clients and staff.
• Experience working with individuals with developmental, physical, or intellectual disabilities preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct job coaching and vocational support using ASL.
• Assist clients in developing independent living skills and goals.
• Communicate with clients, families, and employers using ASL.
• Monitor and document client progress and outcomes per program requirements.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and case managers to coordinate service plans.
• Provide on-site job support and workplace integration in community settings.
• Facilitate skill-building activities for employment readiness and daily living tasks.
