Job summary

Responsibilities

• Prepare consumers for sustainable employment in the community.
• Interpret data from referrals to aid employment development.
• Develop training plans to support job stabilization and performance.
• Maintain employer connections and coordinate program requirements.
• Prepare reports and assist with Case Records Review.
